United are once again on their travels this weekend as they take the short hop to the Northern Area Playing Fields to take on Washington in league action.
'Washy' are currently propping up the Second Division table with only 1 point from 8 games which was a 2 - 2 against Newcastle University. Last time out the fell to a late winner from Billingham Town in a 4 - 3 loss.
Two of Washington's goals came from Jack Robertson who has 3 of the six goals his side have scored this season. Unfortunately they've also conceded 36 in their 8 games played although they only lost 1 - 0 to League leaders Jarrow earlier in the season.
United are struggling in front of goal and have now lost four in a row despite having only conceded 5 in those games and 9 overall this campaign they've only mustered 4 at the other end.
It's a situation they'll be looking to rectify at Washington as they look to get back to winning ways. Team news centres on the unavailable Michael Mallaburn and who the Coaching staff choose to replace him.
Kick-off at The Northern Area Playing Fields is 15:00pm.
